Taco Pronto in Sallisaw

I go through the drive often and usually it is quick and efficient but today and yesterday it was extremely slow. Both days my food was incorrect and the man I spoke with was extremely rude and seemed to have a problem with correcting their mistake. I am done with Taco Bueno.

Good, quick food and they serve Pepsi!

Was just there less than 30 minutes ago. The food was cold and the bathroom was nasty and had no soap to wash hands with. The short haired lady that took our order was rude and seemed like she was interested in even being there.

First time at Taco Bueno, and I can honestly say I’ve never met such a nice staff. The manager tonight, I think her name was Journey was so sweet and so were the other two that were there. Great costumer service and great food.

Got our order mixed up but hey we are all human. Food was great

This location is really a disappointment. Within a week the service has went to hell. Very slow and my order was messed up thought they corrected it only to mess it up again. This place needs to close down if they can't be better than they were today.

Beef tastes like dog food

Forgot part of our order, tortilla for the burrito was broken all apart and everything inside falling out and the beef was super salty

Thrre are much better locations than this one. But, being what it is. Its okay

Excellent service and quality food. VERY CLEAN. Restrooms spotless! Great for families and travelers right off interstate and nextdoor to Wal-Mart.

Was really quiet there when we went. When we walked in it was clean but out of the 2 people behind the counter no one said anything to us. Finally we came up closer to the counter and the person at the register said what can we get you.

The staff here is amazingly friendly with great customer service. The facility is always clean and very inviting. The food always arrives correct and and fresh, I love the cohesiveness of the team everyone works together you cannot tell difference between the shift lead and the floor! Once again great smiles! Great food and pro law enforcement!

The portions are very small. The meat has no flavor at all and appears to be uncooked. Definitely not Taco Bueno standards. This location is very slow and the people were not very friendly. If you are thinking of stopping my suggestion is to keep driving.

Sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes before driving off to another fast food business. Passed the drive thru window and all the employees were just talking at the front counter. You show up to work, for a job. Not a conversation. Very unprofessional.

Had too go to Oklahoma to go to bueno, but it was worth it!

We stopped for a quick bite on our way back to Dallas. The service was quick and friendly and the food hot and delicious.

I used to think Taco Bell was good. That’s until my wife introduced me to Taco Bueno! More flavor fresher ingredients and an amazing atmosphere! Love it.

Taco Bueno is much better than my last experience. The beef did not have excessive salt on this visit. Customer Service was great and employees engaged me in conversation after the sale.

I ordered street tacos that are supposed to be corn tortillas got back on the highway and realized my street tacos where on flour tortillas and they where cold like the tortillas where never warmed. My husbands beef burrito was mostly beans very little beef

Rude customer service. Food is stale old and nasty. Will not return

I heard the manager Whittany Netz discussing how the freezer has been out there for months. So that means they are serving bad food. Will never return to this location.

Drive-through service is always quick and employees are friendly. Food order has always been correct and good as well.

Stopped in Friday night with my family. The young man working was rude and using a word that us African Americans do not appreciate. The food was awful and so was the service. If you work with the public and you use that word believe me people of color do take offense. My family sure did. Hate that I have to explain to my 11 year old daughter about that awful word. If you are of color do not dine in this establishment.

Love thier under a buck party burritos

Worst of the worst at this location. Food was horrible. Not very clean either. They refilled the ice macine by standing on the countertop where they have fountain machine and condiments. With their shoes on after they finished they never cleaned or disinfected the top. I don't need to remind anyone how nasty the bottom of shoes are.

My family and I stopped in Saturday on our way back to Missouri. The food was great and the manager working that day came out and asked how our meal was which we thought was nice even though she was busy she made sure to check on us. My wife asked her name I believe it was Frankie but not sure. This location was very clean and the service was fast. Me and my family will be stopping in every time we come through.

I love their mucho nachos but their tacos are a little plain tasting. I love the queso dip. I honestly haven't had too many different things from Taco Bueno but it's a good place to go.

Much better than taco Bell. Try the party burritos for a quick tasty snack.

Great food friendly service and very clean restaurant

Was really good. Actually put meat on the tacos, staff was very friendly, and one of the cleanest Taco Bueno's I have been to. Will be my new stop on that route!

The taco cups were a great value. Better than taco bell. Crispy shell, obviously freshly prepared. Didn't skimp on the filling even the guacamole!

The meat on the tacos was absolutely the worst taco meat I have ever tasted.....I have eaten at this place on numerous occasions and never has been this bad.....I complained to the worker and was informed there was nothing that could be done because no one else had complained.....

Place was nice and clean and it was very expedient, food was good and the bathrooms were clean. Our order was correct, thank you but I was a little disappointed I don't really like soda so I was gonna order the raspberry lemonade bubbler and it wasn't available! I really do not like ordering to be told something isn't available, can we not advertise that in some way? The staff were accommodating but not the friendliest but it was a nasty day so I won't hold it against them.

My daughter had soft chicken tacos and she enjoyed them. Fresh crispy lettuce and tomatoes. Better than taco Bell.

Dear Taco Bueno:. Please don't patronize us former buenoheads. Advertising claims you are back to the old recipes? Why did you screw to a good thing to begin with... And this change has either not happened yet...or was BS. Dreams of a meal from the days of taco bueno past completely destroyed with the first bite.

Waiting 6 minutes in the drive thru for 2 bean burritos is not my idea of fast food. If you are looking for fast service don't go here. The burritos barely had any beans on them. I got a flour tortilla that had very little beans on it and they were cold.

They hook you up at this location. Also probably one of the best tasting bueno’s I’ve been too. Always worth taking the Sallisaw Exit for it.

Always great service and fresh toppings in the toppings bar. The cheesecake chimichangas are on point.

Purchased the Whole Lotta box. The taco meat in the tacos was extremely greasy. The salsa was hotter than expected, but you can't eat the chips by themselves, because they tasted terrible. The beans and rice was decent. The only item that tasted good was the bean burritos.

This was my first visit to any Taco Bueno, and I'm really liking it. Add your toppings from the topping bar. Their value menu has plenty of options to have variety every time you go there!

Love eating here! Austin and Kayla are always very friendly and got my order out fast! I’m a police officer and come through the drive Thru very often! Our choices of fast food in our city becomesVery slim when you work night shift! I’m thankful that they stay open late and provide good fresh food!

1st time in one, food was good, service was good, would have been 5 stars but place was full of smoke for some reason

Always a good choice. The cashier was friendly and admitted she was new but we had quick Service.
